The Role:
The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of smaller fleet accounts while supporting senior account managers in delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves regular client engagement, driving adoption of technology solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Automotive or telematics industry experience is particularly valuable, given the nature of the client base and technology. This role offers Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Exeter Office.
Responsibilities for the Account Executive include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller fleet accounts, ensuring strong relationships and positive performance outcomes
- Deliver onboarding, product training, and customer support to maximise engagement and product adoption
- Monitor performance data, identify opportunities for upsell, and manage the renewal process to meet retention targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service quality remains high
Role Requirements for the Account Executive:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role within the automotive, telematics, or related technology sectors
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Competence in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data interpretation for actionable insights
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed
Competitive salary of £32,000 – £36,000 DOE
