The Role
This is a senior-level position within a thriving Commercial Property team, offering genuine influence and leadership. The successful candidate will take a key role in driving the firm’s growth in the South West, fostering relationships, and delivering strategic legal advice across a broad portfolio of Real Estate matters.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Real Estate Lawyer:
- Lead and manage complex, high-value Real Estate transactions across development, investment, and strategic land.
- Provide expert, strategic legal advice to a diverse client base including developers, investors, landowners, and lenders.
- Drive business development initiatives and nurture long-term client and referrer relationships across the South West.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop junior lawyers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements of the Senior Real Estate Lawyer:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with significant post-qualification experience in Real Estate law.
- Proven record advising on complex commercial property matters, ideally with regional visibility or a client following.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
- Commercially astute, collaborative, and aligned with values of inclusivity, pragmatism, and professionalism.
