Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Brand Manager to join a forward-thinking marketing team. The role will focus on managing brand relationships, delivering creative and results-driven marketing campaigns, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial goals. This role offers Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the Office (upon completion of the probationary period).
Working hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with supplier brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective sales support.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- A marketing qualification or relevant experience, with 3–5+ years in a brand or campaign-focused role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, deliver ROI, and create engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Confident in working independently, managing priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Hybrid working pattern to support work-life balance.

Salary: Up to £45k DOE plus Company bonus.
