Role Overview: We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to provide essential support to a busy sales function. This role will suit someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services. You will play a key role in coordinating customer orders, managing samples, producing reports, and acting as a central point of support for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Working Pattern: Hybrid after probation - 3 days office / 2 days home. Ideally, they are looking for the following hours: 9.30am - 2.30pm or 10.00am – 3.00pm.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Monitor customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate product sample requests, liaising with internal teams and couriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and support customer portal activity, becoming a key point of contact for portal-related queries.
  • Produce regular sales and performance reports, providing valuable insights to support commercial decision-making.

Requirements of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, administration, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes and customer relationship management.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience analysing and presenting data.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
