Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the UK Sales function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and develop a team of sales and presales professionals, helping to shape departmental strategy while ensuring commercial targets and service standards are consistently achieved. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused leader who enjoys motivating teams, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth within a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the UK Sales and Presales teams to deliver strong performance and customer service standards
- Drive sales growth, profitability and customer retention across multiple sales channels
- Monitor KPIs, analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key business partners
Requirements
- Proven experience managing sales, account management or customer service teams
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse performance data, manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of tools, machinery or technical products
- Experience using CRM or export platforms
