Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of a key care and support technology initiative. Working closely with reablement teams and wider stakeholders, you will help assess service users' needs, coordinate the deployment of technology solutions, and drive engagement across adult social care services. This role offers a meaningful chance to contribute to improved hospital discharge processes and enhanced independent living.

Responsibilities of the Project Officer

  • Assess service users and recommend appropriate care and support technology solutions
  • Coordinate and deploy technology to support timely hospital discharge and reablement
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery
  • Support project delivery, process improvements, and feedback loops across services

Requirements of the Project Officer

  • Experience within telecare, telehealth, or the wider health and social care sector
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Worcestershire
