Responsibilities of the Reception Administrator:
- Provide professional front-of-house and reception support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries efficiently
- Monitor site entry procedures in line with safeguarding and security requirements
- Support general administrative duties and communication across the organisation
Requirements of the Reception Administrator:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an educational environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy reception setting
- A current DBS check is essential, with DBS Update Service membership advantageous
