Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production Assistant to support the completion of two large customer orders over a two-week period. This hands-on role involves a variety of light production and packaging tasks, requiring excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Working as part of a small team, you will help ensure products are prepared to the highest standards for a high-end client.

Responsibilities of the Production Assistant:

• Assemble and prepare packaging materials, including boxes and trays.
• Complete light production tasks such as stamping, gluing, and product assembly.
• Carefully package small items in line with quality standards.
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and customer requirements.

Requirements of the Production Assistant:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good hand coordination and confidence handling small items.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Previous production, packing, assembly, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
