UP TO Β£26,500 DOE | OFFICE BASED | EXETER

An established professional services organisation with a strong presence in the South West is seeking to expand its support team. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to developing early-career professionals, the business offers a supportive and well-structured working environment within a client-focused setting.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a PA to join a busy and professional team, providing day-to-day administrative and personal assistant support. The role is well-suited to someone with prior office-based administration experience who is looking to build a long-term career within professional services.

Responsibilities of the PA:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and PA support to professionals
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and document management
  • Supporting wider team activities, including billing and internal processes

Requirements of the PA:

  • Previous administrative experience within an office or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
