£34,000 - £38,000 DOE + Annual Bonus | Full-Time, On-site | Crediton Cathedral Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised snacking and confectionery manufacturer, home to some of the nation's best-loved brands, with a well-established manufacturing site in Crediton. This is a great opportunity to join a busy People Team supporting a large-scale manufacturing operation, at a business investing heavily in modern HR technology and self-service systems. The Role This People Experience Advisor role sits within the wider People Team, acting as a champion for people processes across the Crediton site and a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers alike. You'll be hands-on across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to employee relations, while coaching colleagues to get the best out of the organisation's HR systems. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on building relationships at all levels, and wants to make a tangible difference to how people experience work day to day.
