The Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with the wider Marketing and Creative teams, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role, is passionate about marketing, and enjoys shaping fresh new approaches to campaigns and brand positioning. This role offers Hybrid working, with a minimum of 4 days a week in the Office (upon completion of the probationary period). Working hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and print.
  • Build, schedule, and optimise email campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Create compelling content and digital assets to support inbound marketing and brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, contributing to reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (DotDigital desirable).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with knowledge of inbound marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
