Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging IT training programmes, including inductions, business systems training, and ad-hoc sessions both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, design learning interventions, and support change initiatives linked to system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain high-quality learning materials and resources to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records to support organisational development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT training delivery, with strong coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with induction processes and designing learning interventions.
  • Strong understanding of the full training cycle and blended learning approaches (classroom and e-learning).
  • A recognised training qualification (e.g., CIPD/TAP) would be advantageous.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility, plus occasional travel to London for inductions/training.
  • Competitive salary circa £40,000 – £45,000 (scope for higher depending on experience).
