The Role:
This is a super HR opportunity which would suit an experienced HR professional who is passionate about shaping culture, driving organisational performance and supporting people at every stage of their career. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering HR strategy, modernising processes, advising leaders and ensuring the organisation continues to attract, retain and develop talented people. This position also includes line management of an HR Administrator.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Lead HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and performance processes.
- Champion the organisation’s culture and values, enhancing engagement and wellbeing across the workforce.
- Provide guidance to senior leaders on HR matters, including workforce planning, training needs and policy compliance.
Requirements of the HR Manager:
- Rounded generalist HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a professional, fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary circa £50k.
- Flexible working pattern – four or five days per week considered.
