An established and award-winning financial services firm, based in Exeter, is seeking a motivated and professional Financial Services Administrator to join its growing team. The company takes pride in offering clients a bespoke, highly personalised service across investments, pensions, and tax planning, delivered with integrity and efficiency.
The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the client journey from initial contact through to ongoing service delivery. Working closely with advisers, paraplanners, and investment teams, this individual will ensure high standards of client care, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include:
- Provide administrative support across the advice and investment process.
- Liaise with providers and clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face contact.
- Organise and manage administration tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and records remain compliant.
- Support client meetings with preparation, documentation, and client care.
Requirements for the Financial Services Administrator include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong IT proficiency.
- A proactive, ethical, and team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 DOE.
