This Interim Senior HR Advisor opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing hands-on employee relations work with wider HR project activity. Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will provide expert advice to managers, support organisational initiatives, and help ensure HR processes are delivered effectively across the business.
Responsibilities of the Interim Senior HR Advisor:- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
- Support managers with HR policies, workforce planning, and people-related best practice
- Contribute to HR projects focused on workforce development, organisational change, and process improvement
- Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and compliance activities
- Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across all levels
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
- Competitive hourly rate equivalent to Β£37,693 FTE
