Role Overview: This role focuses on supporting the sales process from quotation through to completion, ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a data-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and confidence working with quotations, documentation and internal systems.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Respond to enquiries and check availability
- Manage documentation and administrative processes
- Coordinate invoicing and completion tasks
- Analyse deals and assist with month-end reviews
