Role Overview: This position is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office environment. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while also supporting the day-to-day coordination of office facilities and administration. Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house duties including greeting visitors, handling calls and maintaining reception areas
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance schedules and contractor relationships
- Support office administration including post handling, meeting room coordination and stock ordering
- Assist with meeting and event setup, including catering and AV arrangements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Positive team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
