They are looking for an organised and proactive Key Account Coordinator to join their busy team, supporting key customer accounts and ecommerce marketplace operations. Role Overview
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced administrative environment and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly. You'll support key customer accounts, coordinate orders and stock, maintain product information and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an exceptional service. Previous ecommerce or marketplace experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
Responsibilities of the Key Account Coordinator:
- Support the day-to-day administration of key customer and ecommerce marketplace accounts, including maintaining product listings and data.
- Process customer orders, coordinate stock availability and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor sales, stock and operational information while assisting with refunds and account administration.
- Provide wider customer account support, handling queries, coordinating sample requests and assisting with general administration.
Requirements of the Key Account Coordinator:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports and operational information.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
- Previous experience in ecommerce, sales administration or customer account support would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

- Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
