This six-month fixed-term contract offers an immediate start for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in Employee Relations. Working onsite and partnering closely with operational managers, you will play a key role in managing complex ER cases, supporting performance and absence processes, and ensuring best practice across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead on Employee Relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence cases
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on UK employment law and company policy
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including promotions, family leave and exits, ensuring GDPR compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong focus on Employee Relations
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and case management best practice
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent, with strong organisational and IT skills
