This is a varied and rewarding position supporting the smooth running of client administration and office operations. Working within a small and friendly team, as a Client Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent client experience through efficient organisation, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding administration and support the client journey process
- Coordinate training bookings, diary management, and client communications
- Maintain CRM systems, enrolment documentation, and administrative records accurately
- Support wider office operations, including supplier management, event preparation, and team onboarding
- Previous experience in an administrative or client support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Professional and approachable communication style with a proactive, can-do attitude
