Role Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused
Business Support Administrator to join a busy support team.
This varied role combines administration, customer service and order processing, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from purchase through to delivery and after-sales support.
Full training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing business.
Hours
36.25 hours per week, worked over 5 days (including at least 1 weekend day) per month
Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, delivering excellent customer service.
- Process customer orders, purchase invoices and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
- Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times and product information to support efficient order fulfilment.
- Manage customer returns, exchanges and order queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements of the Business Support Administrator
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident using IT systems, with experience of online order processing or Shopify advantageous but not essential.
