With a reputation for innovation and a collaborative culture, they’re now looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to join their expanding team.

The RoleAs a French-speaking Account Manager, you’ll manage key client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer success. You’ll work with a variety of businesses, providing strategic insights and helping them maximise the value of their solutions. This role requires fluent French, SaaS experience, and a full UK driving licence.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Providing ongoing strategic support and performance insights
- Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring contract renewals
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and adoption
- Delivering training and guidance on SaaS products
- Fluent in French (German is a bonus but not essential)
- Proven B2B account management experience within the SaaS sector
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Confident analysing data and making strategic recommendations
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients
- Full UK driving licence
Hybrid working with regular Exeter office visits. Free onsite parking. 24 days holiday + bank holidays (+ your birthday off!). Health and dental plans.
