Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will support both the CEO and Technical Director, ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities, business operations and stakeholder communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting strategic projects and business initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and executive schedules for senior leadership
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and international stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting documentation and track key follow-up actions
  • Support business operations, internal communications and cross-department coordination
  • Assist with proposals, quotations, KPI reporting and strategic business projects
  • Support digital systems, workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
