This is a pivotal Sales Manager role responsible for uniting and leading two established sales teams across the South West and South East. Reporting into senior leadership, you will balance delivery against a clear sales target with the development, engagement and performance of your people. The role plays a critical part in embedding consistent behaviours, processes and culture as the two businesses integrate, requiring a confident leader who can manage performance while bringing teams together.
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Lead, coach and develop sales teams across the South West and South East, ensuring consistent performance and engagement
- Deliver against agreed sales targets through clear expectations, KPI management and pipeline discipline
- Embed aligned ways of working, collaboration and sales behaviours as part of the post-acquisition integration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and maintain high-quality sales standards
Requirements of the Sales Manager:
- Proven experience managing and developing B2B sales teams against defined revenue targets
- Strong track record of balancing sales performance with people leadership and coaching
- Experience working across multiple locations and creating consistency within teams
- Confident, resilient leader with the ability to influence, motivate and drive positive change
