This is a part-time Legal Secretary opportunity supporting busy solicitors with a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary
- Provide high-quality secretarial support, including digital dictation and document preparation
- Manage calls, emails, appointments, and general correspondence efficiently
- Prepare court bundles, maintain filing systems, and support case administration
- Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and external organisations
- Process invoices and support related administrative tasks
Requirements of the Legal Secretary
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally 1+ year)
- Strong typing skills and experience using digital dictation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Due to the rural location, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport
