This is a varied and hands‑on IT Support Technician role providing 1st and 2nd line support to a diverse client portfolio. You will play a key role in maintaining day‑to‑day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting infrastructure and cloud‑based projects. The position offers a blend of remote, office, and on‑site work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and user systems
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets both remotely and on‑site
- Build, configure, and deploy Windows, Apple, and mobile devices
- Support IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, and networking
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware in a professional setting
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Minimum of 2 years’ IT support experience or relevant Microsoft certification
