Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior HR leader to join as Head of People Services, taking responsibility for shaping and delivering a high-quality, responsive and progressive People function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help shape and deliver the People Strategy while acting as a trusted adviser on workforce planning, organisational development, leadership capability and performance. You will lead and develop the People Services team, oversee the full employee lifecycle and use data, technology and insight to create an efficient, digitally enabled service and an outstanding employee experience. This is a broad and influential leadership position encompassing culture, employee engagement, talent, organisational development, employee relations, HR systems, workforce planning, reward, wellbeing and People governance.
