We are seeking an Executive Support Coordinator for a varied, hands-on support role, working closely with a small, trusted senior team in Exeter.
The Role
No two days are the same in this role. You'll provide practical, responsive support across a wide range of activities, sometimes deskbound and organisational, sometimes out and about solving problems in person. You'll become a trusted, dependable extension of a close-knit team, completing requests promptly, professionally and with complete discretion. This role suits someone who takes genuine satisfaction in making life easier for others and isn't precious about the type of task in front of them.
Responsibilities for the Executive Support Coordinator:
- Coordinating and tracking tasks and actions on behalf of senior stakeholders, maintaining accurate records throughout
- Managing diaries, appointments, and travel and logistics planning
- Handling ad-hoc logistics and coordination tasks, with day-to-day duties varying widely depending on what's needed
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external contacts, including purchasing and sourcing items
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events
- Identifying and implementing ways to make processes more efficient
Requirements for the Executive Support Coordinator include:
- Full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel locally to carry out tasks and other duties
- Confidence using modern productivity and diary/collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a highly responsive environment where priorities can change quickly
- Able to maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times
Benefits:
- Salary £38,000 – £45,000
- Flexible on full or part time working pattern
- Varied, hands-on role with genuine autonomy
- Close working relationship with a senior, trusted team
If you're highly organised, discreet, and enjoy variety in your work, happy to be just as hands-on with a complex event as a last-minute request, we would love to hear from you.
