Due to increased workload, they are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for an immediate start.

Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Administrator looking for a short-term assignment in a busy and supportive environment. Working closely with the wider team, you will provide vital administrative support, help coordinate customer communications, and ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly. This is initially for 2 months with the potential to extend to 3 months.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrator:

  • Process and manage routine branch administration, including rental billing activities
  • Contact customers to arrange servicing appointments and related requirements
