An established and highly respected manufacturing business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join its operations finance team. Operating across multiple production sites, the organisation is recognised for delivering high-quality products within a fast-paced and evolving manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller, as the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key part in supporting operational leadership teams to achieve financial and commercial objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across manufacturing and operations, the successful candidate will provide meaningful financial analysis, performance reporting, and insight to help drive efficiencies and business improvements across multiple sites.
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Partner with operational teams to support financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing plans
- Produce and analyse management information, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support month-end processes and management accounts preparation across operational sites
- Drive process improvement initiatives and develop insightful reporting using Power BI and other financial tools
Requirements of the Finance Business Partner:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or qualified by experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI to create dashboards and visual reporting
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and operations
