This HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations. Supporting a small, collaborative HR team, you will act as a central point of coordination across processes, systems, and recruitment activity.
Responsibilities of the HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator:- Coordinate HR operations, including managing the full employee lifecycle and maintaining accurate records
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Monitor probation periods and key employee lifecycle milestones, ensuring timely reviews and follow-ups
- Produce HR data reports and support payroll and benefits administration with accurate information
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment coordination role
- Flexible part-time working pattern
- Exposure to a broad range of HR activities and projects
