Our client is a well-established and growing business operating within the food and consumer goods sector. They are committed to delivering excellent service to their customers and pride themselves on maintaining strong relationships across their supply chain and sales operations. We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to provide essential support to a busy sales function.
Hybrid after probation - 3 days office / 2 days home.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:- Produce regular sales and performance reports, providing valuable insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, administration, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes and customer relationship management.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience analysing and presenting data.
Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office, 2 days home) ~ Flexible working hours across a 25-hour week ~ 25 days holiday including Bank Holidays (pro rata) ~ Company pension with 4% employer contribution ~ Free on-site parking ~ Cycle to Work scheme.
