Role Overview: As Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing strong partnerships, driving retention and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve challenges effectively and enhance overall client satisfaction. Occasional international travel will be required to strengthen relationships and represent the organisation in person.
Responsibilities of the Relationship Manager:
