Our client is a well-established outsourcing and customer engagement specialist, supporting businesses across a range of sectors with tailored campaign delivery and relationship management solutions. They pride themselves on delivering results-driven services while maintaining a supportive and collaborative working environment.

We are recruiting Customer Service & Sales Advisors for an immediate-start temporary assignment supporting an energy services campaign. This is a fully onsite role in Exeter where you will handle both inbound and outbound customer enquiries, delivering excellent service while proactively promoting relevant products and services.

This is a customer-focused role with a strong sales element, ideal for individuals who enjoy building rapport, identifying customer needs, and confidently discussing suitable solutions. Full training will be provided at the start of the assignment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Advisors:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries relating to energy services
  • Promote relevant products and services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work towards individual and team sales and performance targets
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Requirements of the Customer Service & Sales Advisors:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner

Temporary contract with immediate start, subject to references and right to work checks. £12.60 per hour plus accrued holiday pay. Full training provided at the start of the assignment. Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
