Role Overview:
We are recruiting two Customer Service Advisors for an immediate-start temporary assignment supporting an energy campaign. Based onsite in Exeter, this role involves making outbound calls to customers who have already submitted inbound enquiries. You will provide accurate information, answer queries and guide customers through next steps, all while working towards agreed campaign targets and maintaining excellent service standards.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ideal for confident communicators who are motivated by achieving results.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisors:
- Make outbound calls to customers who have submitted energy-related enquiries
- Provide clear, accurate and professional information in response to customer queries
- Work towards agreed KPIs and campaign performance targets
- Accurately update customer information on internal systems
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisors:
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience
- Confident making outbound calls in a target-driven environment
- Motivated by achieving results and meeting performance metrics
- Strong communication skills with good IT proficiency
- Temporary contract, initially 8 weeks, with flexibility depending on campaign requirements
- £12.60 per hour plus accrued holiday pay
- Immediate start, subject to references and right to work checks
- Full training provided with ongoing team support
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm
