Cathedral Appointments is recruiting on behalf of a long-established professional services firm looking for an organised Administrator.
The Role
This is a varied, process-driven role managing claims from receipt through to conciliation. You will work against a checklist, correspond with claimants and traders, and keep each claim pack moving within a set timeframe. It would suit an administrator with a few years' experience who enjoys detail, is comfortable drafting their own correspondence and can manage a busy workload independently.
Responsibilities for the Administrator:
- Manage the receipt, checking and verifying of forms.
- Handle the large volume of daily queries, managing ongoing work on existing claims alongside new ones.
- Draft your own correspondence and manage various email inboxes.
- Liaise with third parties to fulfil the end to end process.
Requirements for the Administrator include:
- 2 to 3 years' administrative experience.
- Ability to draft basic correspondence, including letter writing and typing.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work alone.
- Experience in Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams, including spreadsheet management.
- A driver, as the office location requires own transport.
- Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
- Company pension.
- Free parking.
If you are an organised administrator, we would love to hear from you.
Note on Sponsorship:
We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role. Therefore, candidates must possess valid authorisation to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
