Cathedral Appointments | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Exeter HR team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers hybrid working with office attendance 3 to 4 days per week, supporting managers and colleagues with practical, commercially minded HR advice across employee relations, absence management and HR policies.
You will contribute to recruitment, wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience, CIPD Level 5.
