Senior Business Central Support Consultant required to join an established technology consultancy based in Gateshead (remote with occasional travel). This is a support role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular emphasis on ERP platforms such as Dynamics NAV and Business Central. You ll be responsible for supporting a variety of customers across their live environments, troubleshooting escalated 2nd line issues and helping users get the most from their systems.
