Senior Digital Transformation Manager required to join a growing UK organisation at an exciting stage of its digital transformation journey. This is a strategic role responsible for leading business-wide transformation initiatives, helping define the digital roadmap and driving the adoption of AI, automation and modern ways of working across the organisation.

The Organisation

This is a well-established UK organisation with an ambitious vision for the future. Having experienced significant growth in recent years, they have expanded both organically and through strategic acquisitions, creating a broader group of specialist businesses that enables them to offer clients a far more integrated service than ever before. As the organisation continues to scale, there's a real focus on ensuring its internal technology, systems and processes evolve alongside the business. Rather than allowing growth to create complexity, they're investing in digital transformation, AI and automation to simplify the way people work, improve collaboration and build a more connected organisation.

Innovation is genuinely encouraged here. The business is actively exploring how emerging technologies can remove manual effort, streamline operations and create better experiences for employees across the organisation. From AI-enabled workflows through to enterprise-wide process improvements and smarter system integration, there's a genuine appetite to experiment with new ideas and continuously improve how the business operates. With ambitious growth plans still ahead, this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal time where the work you deliver won't just improve individual processes, it will help shape how the organisation operates as it enters its next phase of growth.

The Role

This role is within a dedicated Digital Transformation team which sits outside of IT, who work across the business to shape and deliver strategic transformation initiatives that improve how the organisation operates. You'll play a key role in turning the organisation's digital strategy into tangible programmes that simplify processes, improve collaboration and enable future growth.

You'll lead multiple transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery, working with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future operating models and implement solutions that create measurable business value. While you'll remain hands-on, this is as much about providing direction, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption as it is delivering individual projects.

A key programme will focus on rolling out Smartsheet as a strategic platform across the organisation, integrating it with AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot while consolidating a number of disparate business systems into a more connected digital ecosystem. You'll help define the roadmap, prioritise opportunities and ensure solutions are delivered in a way that supports both immediate business needs and the organisation's longer-term growth strategy.

You'll lead cross-functional project teams, work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and manage relationships with external technology partners where required. Success will come from balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring transformation programmes remain aligned to business priorities while maintaining momentum and stakeholder engagement.

Working within a collaborative Digital Transformation team, you'll be encouraged to challenge existing ways of working, champion innovation and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. With the business continuing to grow rapidly, this is an opportunity to influence how digital transformation evolves over the coming years while creating a platform for future progression.

What They're Looking For

  • Experience leading end-to-end digital transformation programmes across multiple business functions
  • Experience defining digital roadmaps and translating business strategy into deliverable transformation initiatives
  • Strong programme or project leadership experience, delivering complex digital change from discovery through to adoption
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience improving business processes through technology, automation and emerging technologies such as AI
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, vendors or third-party technology partners
  • Experience implementing or integrating enterprise platforms and helping organisations move towards more connected digital ecosystems
  • A genuine interest in innovation, continuous improvement and finding new ways to improve how organisations operate

The Offer

You'll receive a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance and the flexibility to work predominantly from home. Ideally, you'll be based in the North of England with easy access to Leeds or Manchester, however the role is open to candidates across the UK who are comfortable travelling regularly to offices in the North of England, Scotland, Bristol and London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation, driving innovation and helping the business build the foundations needed for continued growth.
