- Take ownership of the design, configuration and ongoing evolution of the Workday HCM platform.
- Lead workshops to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable, best-practice solutions across Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Job Architecture and Business Processes.
- Act as the senior point of escalation for configuration and support issues.
- Oversee enhancements and releases, champion continuous improvement, and ensure the platform remains robust, compliant and fit for the future.
- Mentor colleagues within the team and provide technical assurance across Workday developments.
- Help shape the long-term strategy for one of the organisation's most critical enterprise systems.
You'll ideally have most of the following:

- Extensive hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and operating models.
- Experience leading implementations, optimisations or enterprise-scale support functions.
- A track record of mentoring teams and providing technical oversight.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level.
- Experience working within Agile, SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.
