Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality support service to users across the business as a trusted point of contact for technical issues and service requests
- Take ownership of incidents from initial logging through to resolution, keeping users informed throughout
- Provide support through phone, email, remote access and face-to-face floor walking
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Support remote workers and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment across multiple international offices
- Manage and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Set up equipment for new starters
