Agile Delivery Lead required to join a global organisation in Glasgow initially on a 6-month fixed term contract to lead the delivery of key digital products. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, leading cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing solutions efficiently and reliably. You’ll coordinate internal teams and external partners, using Agile practices to drive high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement across products and initiatives.

The team focuses on creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly digital solutions that enhance client experiences, streamline workflows, and support the organisation’s strategic goals.

As the Agile Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of client-facing products. You’ll work across multiple functions, balancing priorities and helping the team overcome blockers, while keeping stakeholders informed and confident that delivery is on target.
- Guide and support delivery teams, making sure people, priorities, and resources are aligned to meet deadlines.
- Plan and manage delivery schedules, adapting quickly when plans need to change.
- Ensure products and services meet expected quality, reliability, and performance standards.
- Help the product owner translate the vision into clear actions, roadmaps, and achievable milestones.
- Act as the point of escalation when delivery challenges arise, solving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Encourage collaboration, self-organisation, and continuous improvement across teams.

Someone who has led delivery of complex projects or digital/ SaaS products. Confident managing both internal teams and external partners to get things done. Skilled at balancing day-to-day operational work with project delivery. Strong communicator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experienced in fostering high-performing teams and embedding effective delivery practices. Comfortable using Agile principles and frameworks to guide teams and improve ways of working.
