Change Manager - COINS ERP Transformation £500/day (Inside IR35) | 16-Month Contract | Hybrid UK Ready to lead the people side of a major ERP transformation? We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption, engagement and business readiness across a large-scale COINS ERP transformation programme. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the end-to-end change workstream, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared, and new ways of working are successfully embedded. What you'll be doing: **Leading the change strategy and business change plan **Delivering stakeholder engagement, communications and training programmes **Driving business readiness across regional, site-based and central teams **Tracking adoption, managing risks and supporting go-live, cutover and hypercare activities **Working closely with programme, project and technical teams to ensure successful delivery What we're looking for: **Proven experience leading change on large transformation programmes **Strong stakeholder management, communications and training expertise **Excellent project management, governance and RAID management skills **ERP transformation experience, ideally with COINS ERP **Experience in construction, homebuilding or operational field-based environments is highly desirable If you've successfully delivered change, adoption and readiness within an ERP environment and know how to bring people on the journey, we'd love to hear from you.
