A well-established MSP in central Edinburgh is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join its growing team (fully onsite). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working closely with users, and developing their skills across a broad range of technologies. Key Responsibilities- Providing 2nd line support across a varied client base
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS and networking issues
- Resolving escalated hardware, software and connectivity problems
- Taking ownership of tickets through to resolution
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Commercial experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong Microsoft 365, Windows and Mac support experience
- Solid networking and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- MSP experience (desirable)
- Microsoft, CompTIA or similar certifications (desirable)
