We are looking for a 3rd Line support engineer / infrastructure engineer to join our market leading SaaS client. This is a customer facing role supporting a range of bespoke applications, both hosted and on prem, where you will need demonstrable experience installing, migrating and configuring SaaS applications.

Key responsibilities
** Lead installations, upgrades, and configuration of bespoke solutions in client environments, coordinating closely with internal teams
** Act as a senior escalation point, providing expert level support and taking full ownership of advanced technical incidents
** Troubleshoot and resolve complex server, software, and compatibility challenges
** Build and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and deployments to support knowledge sharing
