We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a Finance-focused transformation programme within a large organisation.

This is a true all-round BA role, requiring someone equally comfortable working with senior stakeholders, analysing and improving business processes, defining requirements, and supporting delivery through to implementation.

Experience working on Finance ERP implementations is essential.

  • Strong Business Analysis experience across a variety of business and technology projects.
  • Excellent business process mapping, process improvement, and operating model design skills.
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyse and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Strong gap analysis, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for technical and delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting testing, change management, training, and business readiness activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
