IT Project Manager – Contract – Liverpool
£400/day (Outside IR35) | 6 Months | 3 Days Onsite
We’re recruiting on behalf of a large organisation in Liverpool for an experienced IT Project Manager to join on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a PM who enjoys leading complex, technology-focused projects and driving real change in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery and closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures and resource requirements
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes
- Lead project meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums
- Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery
- Provide clear reporting and updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Support the implementation of new processes and ways of working
- Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance and documentation standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering projects within a complex business or technology environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities, risks and dependencies
- Solid understanding of project governance and change management principles
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
- Experience delivering technology transformation projects
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
- PRINCE2, APM or Agile certification
Contract Details:
- Rate: £400/day, Outside IR35
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Liverpool, 3 days onsite per week
