An established global organisation are hiring for an experienced ERP Change Manager to join their transformation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll drive real business readiness and adoption – not just plans and comms.
The successful candidate will bring deep change management expertise from global ERP programmes, with the ability to operate at both a strategic level (defining approach, shaping readiness) and a hands-on level (embedded in delivery, driving outcomes).
Role- Own and deliver the change management strategy aligned to programme milestones
- Drive business readiness and adoption, turning process, technology and data changes into clear role impacts
- Lead stakeholder engagement across global, Spanish-speaking regions
- Design and deliver role-based, process-led training grounded in real operational scenarios
- Build and manage a credible super-user network to support and reinforce adoption
- Define and track adoption and readiness metrics, surfacing risks early
- Support cutover and hyper-care, ensuring users know what’s changing and where to get help
- Apply lessons learned from previous waves, continuously improving the change approach
- Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
- Proven experience leading change workstreams on global ERP implementations (IFS)
- Strong understanding of how change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter) translate into fast-paced delivery environments
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence from frontline operations through to senior leadership
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and willing to challenge when something won’t land with the business
