Cathcart Technology are working with a notable organisation as they continue through a complex digital transformation. This is a strategic programme delivering change across the organisation, and they are looking for the right kind of experience. There are a number of projects within the programme which include replacing management databases and implementing new internal systems and solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate cross functional project teams, assigning work and managing delivery
- Manage third party suppliers and work closely with integrated system partners
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track
- Ensure quality delivery through robust testing, documentation, and clear decision making
- Drive change control, manage risks and issues, and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery
What you’ll bring:
- A recognised project management qualification and degree level education (IT or related)
- Proven experience delivering cloud based solutions, including Microsoft business applications (e.g. CRM, Business Central)
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience, ideally within a professional or regulatory environment
- Excellent project, time and risk management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator, able to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences and engage SMEs
- A collaborative, solutions focused mindset with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
