  • Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
  • Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
  • Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceeding our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
  • Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner

  • Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a pass (Grade C OR 9-4) in English
  • Entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom unrestricted
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean or Thai
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
  • Previous experience in airline, hospitality or service industry is an advantage

As this position is safety-sensitive, successful candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check
  • Successfully complete a Police Act Disclosure Application in accordance with legislation controlling access to restricted zones at the airports. This is in addition to references from previous employers.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness by passing a pre-employment medical assessment

Exemption from English Assessment is available for candidates with either of the following:

  • TOEIC® (Public Test): A valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening
  • IELTS (Academic): A valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above

If you are unable to attend any of the assessments, your application will be considered withdrawn. You are welcome to reapply after three months.

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day held in London in May 2026. Further applications from candidates who have already applied within the past three months will not be considered.
